We started in 2025 here in Berhampur with a simple rule we still keep: we do not sell a home we would not hand our own family the keys to.
Everything is built in-house — our own site engineers, our own masons, our own khondalite from the Khurda quarries. It is slower than subcontracting and it is the reason we have never missed a filed handover date by more than a quarter.
